Privacy
Short version: this website doesn't track you, doesn't set cookies and doesn't store anything you type into the enquiry form.
Who we are
This website is run by isitcozitscool, based in Bedfordshire, UK. Questions about your data: hello@isitcozitscool.com.
What this site collects
- The enquiry form doesn't send anything to our servers. Pressing send opens your own email app with your message filled in. Nothing is sent until you send that email yourself.
- Emails you send us are used to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to run your project. We keep enquiry emails for 12 months, then delete them.
- WhatsApp messages you send us are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy. We use them only to reply to you and run your project.
- Your browser remembers a few small settings, on your device only: whether you've already seen the intro animation and which hidden stencils you've found (both for the current visit), and whether you've turned sound effects on or off. None of this is sent to us, and nothing else is stored.
- No cookies, analytics or advertising trackers are used on this site.
- Live previews on our work posters and case study pages load the actual sites we built, directly from those sites, and only when you hover over or scroll to them.
Third-party services
To display the site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and an animation library from cdnjs (Cloudflare). Like any website request, these services receive your IP address. The site is hosted on Cloudflare and the domain is registered with GoDaddy.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Email us and we'll respond. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
